This session is organised by Cambridge Forum for Children's Emotional Well-being. It will explore the links between early attachment experience, behaviour and learning. It will be of immense interest to teachers, therapists and all those working with children.
Dr Heather Geddes is a qualified teacher and Educational Therapist who undertakes training and consultation with teachers and other educational staff, including contributing to the Educational Psychology course at Exeter University. Dr Geddes completed her PhD thesis on attachment behaviour in relation to responses to the teacher and the learning task. She continues to work in CMHS and as an educational therapist in a school. She also works privately as a therapist, supervisor and trainer and contributes to the M.A. Training in Educational Therapy at The Caspari Foundation.
The fee for this event, which includes coffee, is £20 for Cambridge Forum members, £30 for non-members. Please include your cheque with your application - cheques made payable to "University of Cambridge" and crossed a/c payee - or an invoice can be issued if requested.
