Profile
Emily started as a research assistant at faculty in the summer 2011. Prior to this she taught science for two years at a secondary school in Essex followed by five years working in education roles within the informal learning sector at the Houses of Parliament and then at the Horniman Museum where she is currently employed as Learning and Interpretation Officer. Her research interests are in science education, museum learning, family learning, community engagement, outdoor education and learning outside of the classroom. She is also interested in e-learning and has developed web resources and websites for young people and families.
