My PhD used functional magnetic resonance imaging to investigate oversensitivity to negative feedback in both Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder. The work was carried out in Cambridge and at the National Institutes of Health (USA) as part of the NIH-Cambridge Health Science Scholars Programme. Prior to this I worked as a research assistant in the department of Experimental Psychology investigating perceptual processing in autism.
I am currently working on an ESRC-funded project on primary school children's tacit and explicit understanding of object motion.
