AVS Service: Equipment Loan Service

The AVS Service provides an equipment loan service, which is available to Faculty of Education Staff, PhD students, Masters, PGCE and some Undergraduate students - It is important to bring your blue University card to the office when you pick up the equipment - Equipment can be collected from DMB, GS6.

Please Note: Masters, PGCE and Undergraduate students should obtain permission via their supervisor – additionally loan stock is provided for activities linked to the Faculty of Education only. It is also possible to purchase (cash or cost code only) AV consumables, for a price list please see below.

Please note that 5 working days notice is normally required – the AVS Service cannot guarantee that booking requests submitted within a shorter notice period will be met. Please also note that at certain times of the year (e.g. Michaelmas Term) loan periods may be required to be shorter to deal with demand.
