The Faculty has previously provided a server hosting web forums (discussion groups) for a number of projects. This service is still in operation, but we do not wish to extend its usage, because a more appropriate service is provided in the form of CamTools, a University service providing Virtual Learning Environment functionality.
Help and advice to new users of CamTools is provided by the Faculty’s Instructional Designer. The IT team can assist with resetting Raven passwords (which are required to access CamTools). Any staff member using CamTools is expected to take full responsibility for the ‘management’ of any users and discussion groups with whom they are sharing CamTools facilities.
