Visiting Scholars
Visiting scholars, fellows, associates or students from other institutions play an important role in the development of research, teaching and collaboration and the Faculty welcomes arrangements for academic staff to host visits for one month or more.
Initial applications must be considered and approved by the appropriate Academic Group, and authorisation must be sought from the Head of Faculty and Director of Research by completing a Visitors form and by following the guidelines and procedures set out below.
It is essential that authorisation for a visit is sought well in advance so that, if approved, the Faculty can plan for the visit and ensure that the relevant facilities can be provided.
