Profile

Padmini is a Research Associate within the Faculty’s Research for Equitable Access and Learning (REAL) Centre, where she works on the Research on Improving Systems of Education (RISE) Ethiopia project. Her current research focuses on understanding how students’ learning outcomes may be affected by large-scale education reforms. Prior to joining the REAL Centre, Padmini worked on secondary school effectiveness research in Vietnam with Young Lives at the University of Oxford.
