Cambridge Turkish School
Cambridge Turkish School, (Cambridge Turk Okulu) established by dedicated parents in the early 2000s as a non-profit initiative. At our school, nestled within the University of Cambridge Primary School, we provide a nurturing environment for students aged 5 to 16, fostering a love for the Turkish language and culture.
Comprehensive curriculum in a supportive setting
Our comprehensive curriculum covers Turkishreading, writing, understanding and speaking, empowering students to communicate confidently in Turkish. Through interactive sessions, children have the opportunity to engage with their peers in Turkish, enhancing their language skills in a supportive setting.
Specialised support for Turkish GCSE
In addition to our core language programme, we offer specialised support for students preparing for Turkish GCSE examinations, led by experienced teachers who are committed to their success.
Fostering a sense of community
Beyond academics, we foster a sense of community by coming together with the Turkish community to celebrate our national holidays, enriching our students' cultural understanding and appreciation.
Preserving and promoting Turkish language and heritage
Every year, we enhance our curriculum with new lesson books, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education. We take pride in being a part of this dynamic learning community, dedicated to preserving and promoting the Turkish language and heritage.
