Profile

Jo is an experienced classroom teacher who has held a number of senior leadership positions.

Since joining the Faculty, Jo has taught Primary Science, Professional Studies and supports trainees as a Personal and Partnership Tutor.

Jo works on another Initial Teacher Education course, having held a number of different roles including Hub lead, Wellbeing Lead and Senior Tutor.

Jo is currently completing a MPhil in Primary Education, researching beginning teachers’ perspectives of the challenges they face as they join the profession.

Jo works for a local primary school as a supply teacher.
