Introduction
This project involves a primary teacher research network comprising a group of early career teachers supported by their senior management colleagues in each school. The focus is on understanding children’s and practitioners’ experiences of diversity and belonging in the classroom. As well as the research findings and associated publications, key outcomes will include the production of materials for wider use in the network’s schools and in initial teacher education.
