Arriving by Car & Parking
To arrive at the Faculty by car, use the location address above.
Please note there is limited parking at the Faculty and permits should be applied for at least 48 hours prior to your visit
Disabled parking bays are situated close to each of the Faculty's buildings. Anyone requiring a permit to use one of these bays should ensure they indicate their need on the booking form. If you experience any problems please either email firstname.lastname@example.org or tel: 01223 767600.
'Park and Ride' Bus
Our local park-and-ride site, 'Babraham Road' (01223 243287), is about 2 miles away. Buses leave every 10 minutes from the park site (7.05am-8.03pm) . It takes about 10 minutes to reach the stop at Hills Road Sixth Form College, almost next door to the Faculty.
NCP: Cambridge Leisure Park
There is a pay-and-display car park at the Cambridge Leisure Park which is only a 5 minute walk from the Faculty.
The Faculty is situated only 15 minutes walk from Cambridge train station.
Alternatively, by the station entrance, a taxi will cost you a few pounds. Or, to catch a bus, turn left when leaving the station and find the bus stops for Number 1 or Number 7 (left side of the road).
National Express run regular services nationwide to and from Cambridge - either from Drummer Street, or Parkside. These two locations are next to each other in the City Centre.
The Faculty is about a mile directly south of Drummer Street and local buses numbers C1 and 7 in nearby Emmanuel Street can be taken from there to the Blinco Grove stop near to the Faculty on Hills Road. http://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/transport/around/buses/
University subsidised service
The University subsidises the 'U' bus service (on presentation of a University Card), which runs from Madingley Road 'park and ride' via the Cambridge train station to Addenbrooke's Hospital Bus Station. It stops at many University sites, including the University Library, but not at our Faculty on Hills Road.
