The 16th International Congress on School Effectiveness and Improvement in Sydney, January 2003. The 'Capacity Building strand' symposium featured the presentation of a number of papers from individuals within 'Leadership for Learning: the Cambridge Network' recently established at the University of Cambridge Faculty of Education to foster and provide support for learner-centred leadership and school improvement.
