About this event
The University of Cambridge’s inaugural Andrew and Virginia Rudd Research and Professional Practice Centre Conference will take place at St Johns College, University of Cambridge, on 9 March 2023.
The conference programme comprises world-leading researchers, practitioners, policy makers and other key stakeholders with interests in supporting families, parents and children. The core focus of the day is to present an interdisciplinary programme which highlights how we can effectively engage evidence-based research and policy focused strategies to enhance mental health, support mental ill health, and to promote positive life chances for children and adolescents, parents and families.
Researchers, practitioners, policy makers, students, voluntary and third sector professionals will find the programme engaging and substantive. Our conference promotes evidence-based strategies to support families, parents and children, and to equip front-line professional practice groups with the very latest research evidence to help deliver this core practice and policy objective.
The conference is organised in partnership with the Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP). CSaP’s mission is to help improve the quality of public policy making, through the more effective use of evidence and expertise.
