Anti Racism Campaign (ARC)
The FERSA Anti-Racism Campaign represents an ongoing student commitment to confronting and ending racism and white supremacy in the Faculty of Education, particularly in areas of policy and praxis impacting the lives and studies of Faculty graduate students.
Open Letter on Anti-Racism
The origins of the Campaign stem from FERSA’s Open Letter on Anti-Racism, addressed to the Head of Faculty, sent on 17th June 2020 that was signed by 200 students in the Faculty. The purpose and goals of the Campaign remain those set out in that letter, and they may be expanded upon and updated as future Campaign members see fit.
Progress
We created the EDI Progress Report to track the developments and EDI initiatives that have been implemented and are still in progress from 2021.
