PEDAGOGY AND LEADERSHIP IN TANZANIA
Introduction
This project examines current pedagogical practices and the role of school leadership in four primary schools in Tanzania. The focus of this research and development initiative is to work in collaboration with schools to reflect on current teaching practice, to identify and solve teachers' professional problems and challenges and to devise ways to improve teaching, learning, and leading throughout the school.
