Leading Learning for School Improvement

Focus

The Leading Learning for School Improvement (LLSI) group brings together colleagues who share a commitment to improving effectiveness in educational contexts including classrooms, schools, networks and policy arenas. Our research interests, teaching commitments and consultancy programmes range across the fields of school effectiveness and improvement, educational leadership, the professional development of teachers and policy development and evaluation. A central feature of our work is the centrality of learning and the conditions that foster it.

Members of the group have made significant contributions to policy both nationally and internationally as well as to the development of practice.
