Moritz Sowada "School inspection judgements: An Anglo-German comparison."  This study investigates how school inspectors arrive at their judgements on the educational quality of schools.  The cross-national dimension focuses on how different policy-frames enable and/or constrain the nature and quality of the evidence-base and the inspection process.
