Interviews

Candidates are interviewed by Faculty course tutors. All interviews take place in person at the Faculty of Education in Cambridge. There is a group interview, followed by an individual interview for those successful at the group interview stage.

The interview dates for September 2026 entry are:

• Group interview 30 January 2026 (individual interviews 30 January or 13 February 2026)

• Group interview 27 February 2026 (individual interviews 27 March or 15 April 2026)

• Group interview 12 June 2026 (individual interviews 19 June or 3 July 2026).

Outcome

We aim to notify all candidates of the outcome within two weeks of their interview. Those who are successful will be emailed a letter confirming the details of their offer and any conditions to be met.

All offers are subject to meeting a number of standard conditions including safeguarding and medical checks.

Any appeal against an unsuccessful outcome will be dealt with in line with the Faculty's PPD Admissions Appeal and Complaints Policy. Please note that there is no appeal against academic judgement. Tutors are unable to give feedback after the interview.
