TEACH-IN Related work

The HertsCam network, coordinated by Dr. David Frost, supports processes of transformation based on the non-positional teacher leadership (Frost, 2014) within the objective of “advance education for the public benefit through the provision of programmes for teachers to improve the quality of education in schools” (HertsCam, 2014). Within this framework, in 2008 the International Teacher Leadership initiative was launched at the University of Cambridge and involves 15 countries, around 90 schools of which 35 are secondary.

The FP6 integrated project INCLUD-ED. Strategies for inclusion and social cohesion in Europe from Education (2006-2011) directed by Dr. Ramon Flecha, identified and defined successful educational actions which have demonstrated improving academic results and social relationships elsewhere. INCLUD-ED is the only research in social sciences selected by the European Commission among the 10 most successful researches in Europe.
